Nice dude as long as your making some progress then thats awesome. right now i am cutting out the fat and then that will make me look even bigger! haha..illusion is the best key. I am still gaining strength though so its all good. All i have is MSN messenger hey..let me know if you do..

Thanks man. And yes, true mass has worked very well for me. So far just started on my third tub and I've gained 11 pounds. None of that is noticeably body fat either. Of course I have been eating near 4k cals daily

your 16 bro and just as tall as I was when i was 16.. your leaner than I was though.. just keep your diet clean & make sure you eat to grow and stick to compound lifts and you'll grow like a weed for the next few years

you got a lot of growing left to do. Your look very similar to mine at your age. You got that natural definition. The peak in your bicep, developing x-frame, etc... Just keep gettin them calories and protein from wherever you can. I know protein can be $$$ on a HS budget. good luck

haha thanks for the comment man...i guess im getting "huge" because i believe i am never big enough..always striving to a bigger and better built body with the strength to go with it... you have a good body to begin with. Make sure to always have something to strive to...and to never look back..
