How I Started:
I started off light you know maybe 3 days a week.When i was 12.And as it went on i got more serious about it and i havn't stoped.
Why I Love It:
It's fun.And i always like every time i lift a heavier weight then last time
How I Stay Motivated:
Well i train in MMA at the Kokoro. - Boxing, - Kickboxing, - Kyokushin (Karate), - Greco Roman Wrestling, - Submission Grappling and - Judo. So i need to stay in shape.
