I have four meals a day Breakfest , Lunch , Dinner , Supper.And snacks (such as fruit)if hungry during the day
I do a 5 days a week program , I workout Monday, Wednesday , Thursday , Friday , Sunday
I concentrate on only 2 body parts per workout (3-4 excerises with 5 set of reps from E.g: 1st 12 2nd 10 3rd 8 4th 6 drop the weight by a quartre and 5th go for 12)
