How I Started:
I started lifting weights in grade 7, I used to sneek downstairs to where my dad would keep his bench and dumbells, I used to just do benchpress because I really had no idea what I was doing. I got started working out seriously for wrestling when I was in high school. After my grade 11 season my coach and I worked out 5 times a week to get ready for the next year. I've always been impressed by bigger guys and i guess always wanted to be that bigger guy that people look at in aw.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because you are constintly challanging yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by setting little goals for myself. And also just knowing that you get what you put into this, meaning, work your ass off and reap the benefits
BB Accomplishments:
My majors accomplishment concist of deadlifting 405 for three reps, deadlifting 455 for one rep, squating 425 for 1 rep and benching 315 for 1 rep
