How I Stay Motivated: Working out itself is a stress reliever for me. I cant do without it.
BB Accomplishments: benching 2x my body weight. (300lbs) and curling my body weight. (150lbs) i love my short arms

Goal (Short): Hit my 1000+ goal! Now its time for some competition!
Goal (Long): Now that I hit my summer goal, I want to try some powerlifting competition. And When I get bored of that, Ill try to get as stong as I possibly can with no regard to body weight or size.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 30 lb

Finally hit my goal! Squatting and deadlifting have Improved temendously in the past couple months, due to my short legs no doubt, and now Ive got to get the bench up. But my overall lifts are great for my body weight  Im told (153lbs) so I think its time for some powerlifting competition in...
