I like to wear lose fitting cloths that alow maximum flexibility and comfort.

everyone in there who is simply going through the motions cause they ate bad over the weekend
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
At the moment i like to do 8-12, midrange between high and low, very concentrated reps though, slow and methodical
