How I Started:
I got started about 6 months ago, when i was finnaly sick of the way i looked.
Why I Love It:
I love the ability to better myself, and try and Sculpt my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing what i want and looking at myself in the mirror and say is this what you want to look like. I also find motivation in other bodybuilders stories.

This is whne I decided to start Bodybuilding. This is January of 2007, i wieghed 295 Lbs, at 6'2. Way to much Body fat, about 28%.
This is me at 272, have been working very hard to lose fat and build muscle at the same time, its a long process but the end result will be great.
I want to compete in Bodybuilding in 2009, and continue to perfect my body
Goal (Long):
I want to gain major mass over the next two to three years so I am able to compete in Competition. There is nothing more important to me than foarming my body into how i have always wanted it to be. Nothing will stop me from going to the top.
DAY 1 Chest, Traps, Abs (am Cario)
Day 2 Back, Hams (am Cardio)
Day 3 Quads, Calfs (am Cardio)
Day 4 Bi's and Tri's and Abs (am Cardio)
Day 5 Off
Day 6 Shoulders (am Cardio)
Day 7 Cardio

Welcome and if transformation this year goes as well as last year no reason not to get on stage in '09. Will be fun ride to watch your progress. Also best of luck on powerlifting meet. Let us know what happened. Andre
