I got started about 6 months ago, when i was finnaly sick of the way i looked.
Why I Love It:
I love the ability to better myself, and try and Sculpt my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing what i want and looking at myself in the mirror and say is this what you want to look like. I also find motivation in other bodybuilders stories.

This is whne I decided to start Bodybuilding. This is January of 2007, i wieghed 295 Lbs, at 6'2. Way to much Body fat, about 28%.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I like to wear lose fitting cloths that alow maximum flexibility and comfort.

I've been experimenting with a what i call raise sets, im sure they are called somthing else.  Instead of droping weight each time, i raise the weight and lower the reps.  Ive done this with bicepts, and tricepts, and shoulders.  It gives me an amazing pump and i like the intensity.  I do...
