My workout regimen consists of a combination of cardio (amount varies pending goals) heavy lifting and short rest periods to keep the heart rate elevated.

I'm a fan of keeping it simple. Carbs, protein, fats every meal- all clean.

My nutrition program varies pending my physique goals.

96% Lean Ground Beef

Baked Potato w/ Skin

I train like my life depends on it, all out or nothing. I fuel my body with what I believe and have seen works with proven results! iSatori!

Cardio and pre-bed: Amino Phase tabs. These tabs are dissolved over an 12 hour time span and with 6,000 mg of BCAA's and EAA's I know I am reaping the benefits of muscle protein synthesis.

Pre-weights: PWR and MORPH. PWR provides me with my caffeine fix (300mg per scoop) Carnosyn for power, Red Dralion which has shown to increase your mood levels, and Maslinic Acid for the pump! Meal Replacements: Eat-Smart MRP! with its highest quality proteins from fast-absorbing whey isolates and hydrolysates + slow-releasing casein proteins provide a constant supply of growth-enhancing amino acids I know my body is getting what it needs after the beatings I put it through on a almost daily basis. 

 Daily: ISA-Test. ISA-Test increases my free testosterone without any of the side effects that can occur from PH's.

will76 That is a good question... It could be as early as October, but I feel like what I've learned about MP is that at I need to put on more size. I don't believe I can put on a significant amount by October, but you never know. For sure though my next show will be in March of next year. Right now I'm taking a much needed 1 week break from the gym and all that. Starting back up on Monday and going at it hard. Jul 11, 2012 10:05am

thatoneguy100 Oh okay well that's good to know. I'm going to start Jim Stoppani's training program now and follow his nutrition regimen and see how that goes. I think I'm doing pretty well in that respect though. Oh I didn't really know that. That is true I do but I figure the few times i drink are for special occasions so it should be okay? How often do you have to drink for it to block protein synthesis and lower testosterone? Or is it happen every time when you drink? Apr 21, 2012 9:17pm

But anyways my diet: its basically good stuff whole grain breads, pastas, brown rice, couscous with lean meats turkey/chicken/leaner beefs with veggies. very little oils/fats usually only from the meats. but i do cheat once a week and drink which i think is my problem. haha I want to be good but lots of my buddies are turning 21...but how is that for the most part?
