When I Started:
Jan, 2008
How I Started:
I started "working out" in January of 2008 but made no progress because I could rarely get to the gym. I almost died in February and spent time in the hospital 2 times, dropping me down to a borderline anorexic and anemic 140lbs.
After this I started lifting at the YMCA. I really gained no weight or strength because I only went to the gym 1-2 times per week at most.
I started lifting 3-4 days a week in October 2008 as part of my weightlifting class. I got a little bit stronger during this period, but I still only gained like 2 pounds.
Over Christmas break in December I started working on learning more about nutrition and technique, form and programs.
In January I started lifting a lot smarter but didn't make a ton of progress still.
On February 25th I started Madcow's 5x5 after doing a lot of reading in the PL section and have made great progress since then.
I've currently injured and have been since late April. Partially torn right rotator cuff, tendinitis in both shoulders, strained right knee and suprascapular nerve entrapment under my right shoulder blade.
Why I Love It:
I like to move weight brah.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results.
BB Accomplishments:
1. Benching my bodyweight
2. Benching 2 45's on each side.
3. DL-ing 2x bodyweight (330 @ 165)

I know, but if you're saying it's my training , what could I possibly be doing so wrong?, I go to the gym 3 times per week which is supposedly more than enough, exercise properly for each body part and even change my workouts at times.
Ya I had my parents loan me the money, but you can get a cosmetic loan which would offer monthly payments instead of everything upfront. If it's not too severe letro would be worth a run.
You're getting pretty scientific with the question about cooked vs. uncooked yolks. You'd better keep an eye on me so I don't preach false doctrine. :)
