I used to be really fat, 220lbs. I was always tired and I was not happy when I looked at myself in the mirror. My dad was always fit because he is in the military and I began to envy him.
I started working out in my basement with my dads equipment while he was on deployment, not really knowing what i was doing and started loosing weight. I began eating better reading more about the sport. I started feeling better, pants started getting looser, I was getting addicted.

What Seamans Is Up To:

Seamanschanged Overall Goal: "Get Back To Where I Was Before The Accident.
Feel Free To Stop By My New Site And Give Me Some Photo FeedBack."
I'm glad you're getting back to your pre-accident self. I hope that the collarbone continues to improve, or at least get to the point where it only twinges when it's about to rain (like with some people's arthritis). Things are going good for me. Weight and bodyfat are down, even though I'm vacationing! I'm about to head to a hotel gym now in fact - not much but better than nothing!
Back in the gym yet or still healing? If it seems to have been a long time to me I can only imagine how long it's been for you waiting for that collarbone to heal!
my liftings been really good. i'm trying to get big, i'm at 255 now want to get to 265-270. and yes i joined the navy. i leave in may so i have plenty of time to reach my goals and to visit you in rochester.
I'm glad to hear that the recovery is going well. Things are okay on my end, but life has a way of getting in the way it seems. However, I'm doing a good job of maintaining my strength at least. Keep healing up!
Overall my lifting is going pretty good - I surprised myself and have added some size to my arms and chest while reducing my waist! A rare event for me but one that I plan on making more common. I'm glad your pain is easing up. How long before everything is expected to heal up?
Just thought I'd check in and ask how you're recovery is going. I know it's only been a couple weeks since the accident but I hope your collarbone is healing okay.
thanks for the add bro! all the best... hope you reach your goals! man, im also a photography student..well was, but yeah great self portrait. You using digital? Wish I could have done my final exams in digital - me, back in my day all 35mm! haha catchup on AIM soon :) all the best
eh man im soooooo sorry to here that bro! i was completely jokin man...i had no idea. i wish the best for your recovery and to get back into the groove of your normal routine. must be wicked rough
Wow - what an experience with your truck. I'm glad it was just a broken collar bone and that you're okay for the most part! Talk about freak accidents.
I saw you posted new stats - nice job packing on some mass and adding an inch to your arms has to be something you're happy with. Some very impressive gains in your lifts too, with maybe two exceptions. Keep up the great work and good luck with leaning out this summer.
thanks bro!!! did tris today! had to be in and out so i didnt get the lift that i wanted, but i was in need of sleep before work tonight.,....how'd the shoot go?
