How I Started:
I used to play rugby religiously and a lot of the training at our club was physical conditioning. I would work light weights with high reps with the older teams to try and get an edge. I really started hitting the weights at University, but because I had taken up boxing, I wrongly placed more emphasis on training than diet to try and make weights. Since joining wrestling and American Football teams I've been able to eat what I want and my lifts are continuously improving.
Why I Love It:
Like everyone, I've had some hard times to deal with as I was growing up. The gym has always been a constant in my life. I owe my life and strength to my parents, my motivation to the people I go to the gym with and my sanity to the gym itself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm impossible to unmotivate. Sports have always provided clear goals for me to work towards. Now that I play American Football in the BAFL, I'm fortunate to say that my goals are as clear as ever. I've always found that being part of a team gives me a lot to work towards, but having a rival works just as well for me.

So you are a yong guy so just keep hit it hard and take your protine shakes & keep GOD first & every thing well fall in place!
