How I Started:
Years ago, always really. I used to be so dedicated to fitness and working out, then kids happened. After that, it's been on and off. I'm back ON baby! Hope to stay that way.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good and makes me look better! Plus I am really enjoy talking to people with like interests. it helps me stay motivated.

Also, I just keep doing it. I'm afraid to stop going to the gym. If I get out of the habit, well I know how hard it is to get back in to it. The pictures people post on the site are very inspirational as well.
