How I Started:
as i'm an american football player, i started weightlifting as a support to my football skills.
Why I Love It:
i love it to be able to lift weights, only very few persons on these planet can do.
How I Stay Motivated:
watch pumping iron right before a workout helps.
listening to the right music is another thing to stay motivated during a workout.
but for the overall motivation, i have no explanation, why i keep pushing me on and on and on.
BB Accomplishments:
i don't consider me a bodybuilder. i see myself as a weightlifter.

Well, i lived a the more the better maxime for a long time now. I was happy to lift more and more weights and i was happy to increase my bodyweight as well. 'til two month ago, where a good...
I started with a 5*5 workout this week.
so here it is:
monday:
Squat: 5 sets a 5 reps, same weight
benchpress: 5 sets a 5 reps, increased weight after each set
row: 5 sets a 5 reps, increased weight after each set
abs
wednesday:
deadlift: 5 sets a 5 reps, same weight
military: 5 sets...
You really look like you have been cutting down to a much trimmer size. It is very tough to do that while keeping most of your size and strength, but it looks like you are doing it pretty well. How did you manage that, I am trying to cut a bit myself without losing size or strength.
You are one dynamite dude.. Those guns are blasting and your videos are giving us currently fitness challenged , goals to strive for.. Thanx for sharing..
