My Workout Program

Quite a Mix i got there.
I do Dogg Crap Workout with lots of hard exercises. squats, deadlift, cleans, benchpress, militarypress, etc.
And it's working. I can keep my strenght level up, while dropping weight.
Three month from now and i start to put on some body weight ... let's see, what that does to my lifting stats :D

right now, my workout looks like this:

Monday: Upper Body, Triceps, Sprint Training
Tuesday: 1 hour Running
Wednesday: Lower Body, Biceps, Abs
Thursday: 1 hour Running
Friday: Upper Body, Triceps, Sprint Training
Saturday: 1 hour Badminton
Sunday: free

Monday: Lower Body, Biceps, Abs
Tuesday: 1 hour Running
Wednesday: Upper Body, Triceps, Sprint Training
Thursday: 1 hour Running
Friday: Lower Body, Biceps, Abs
Saturday: 1 hour Badminton
Sunday: free

dropped my bodyweight by 25 lbs in just 40 days and as i said: strength remained the same.
