Some weeks can be tough, wish you the best in getting back at it this week. I have made it 25 days eating clean without a cheat, which I have never done before and I am training hard keeping the reps between 6-10 for now, have a great day.

I'm trying! It's not so much taking care of a one year old that's the struggle, it's everything else! Regular workouts right now have been hard because I am studying for my finals and we are trying to move, but with all the work we have been doing in our new house I am at least doing something active everyday.

Thank you. I am just starting to really work legs, as I didn't think I really needed to, lol, how dumb is that? my sister in-law strained her ACL, it is rough. Good on ya for sticking with it still training, a lot of ppl would have given up
