Yoderkd Sup man, Keep the faith, I hear ya on sick of chicken. try fish, lean pork and ground turkey. Add some tofu to lean ground beef, pork or turkey to add protein. Toss it on the grill with some veggies. Makes a great change in flavor. Sep 11, 2012 10:53am

clapp22 I didn't really have a specific diet. I used the livestrong app and just kept my calories under the recommendation. I am a firm believer in calories in, calories out for weight loss. Building muscle is a whole different diet. I now try to eat protein, clean carbs and healthy fats with each meal. No fast food, processed food or added sugars. I eat two cheat meals a week versus one whole day of cheats. Whether your trying to lose weight or pack on muscle diet is everything. Good luck! Aug 12, 2012 12:47pm
