Meal 3: 3/4 cup brown rice, 8 oz lean beef
Meal 4: 3/4 cup brown rice, 8 oz tuna
Meal 5: 8 oz green beans, 8 oz lean beef
Meal 6: 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese, 1 scoop ON Casein

Shortcut to Shred Final: Well this was certainly a tough and hard earned 6 weeks! I really enjoyed the fast paced workouts in this program. It was a constant battle not to puke during a lot of these workouts, that I often lost. :) I feel refreshed and ready for a little time off from working out after finishing this program.
