Overall Goal: I want to do my genetics some justice. I just want to live and be a bit better than I was the day before. You know: loose the fat, build the muscle, reap the rewards!
Fit Status:
Starting to feel a real difference, just wish I could SEE it a bit more

When I Started:
Mar, 2009
How I Started:
I decided that I wanted a change in life. My work no longer challenges me so I decided to challenge myself.
I saw I was becoming a bit fluffy before I left so I leaned out.
Then I saw I had gotten a bit too skinny, I had no power like I used to have. So I decided to hit the gym.
All this tied right in with my Physical Therapy. I can't really run like I used to (why I'm getting Physical Therapy) so I will get my fitness fix elsewhere. The gym.
Why I Love It:
The results are undeniable. I love the way I feel after a good visit to the gym. The soreness is amazing, you know the old: Pain is Weakness Leaving the Body.
I can't wait to show off for the wife when I get home either.
How I Stay Motivated:
I hit a physical peak early and easy. I was 18 Years old in Airborne School 185 lbs and 6% body fat and didn't really have to work for it.
Then a couple years later while at Selection I was about 190 and 10-12% BF. Lean and Mean.
I refuse to believe that at 20, I was as good as I will ever be.
BB Accomplishments:
The look on people's faces, like I just said "Euthanasia, is a viable form of population control." when I explain my workout routine.

Goal (Long):
I want to drop weight (fat) and put on about 15 lbs or so of lean muscle. My goal is to be about mid 190s (200 tops) and lean... Now I'm starting to think maybe 215...
