How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Vary from 3-20. Depends what lift I'm doing and I like to vary my sets/reps.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I try not to rest any longer than 120s. Depends on how heavy and what lift I'm doing, number of reps, etc.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Currently I'm dealing with lower back injury.
