How I Started:
I wasn't liking how my body was looking, I wanted to put muscle on and shred a few pounds. I wanted to feel good about myself and wanted people to like my body(girls. First 4 months from Febuary was pretty bad, I wasn't working hard enough and had a poor diet. I have now picked that up over the last 3 months and am extremely motivated;l
