4.30 am: ON Gold standard 1 scoop
5.00 am: animal cuts/animal pak.
5.15 am: protien pancake
8.30 am: chicken breast and wild rice salad
11.30 am: Tuna nd spinach on wholebread bread
postwork 1: 1 scoop of ON gold standard with a banana
3.30pm Steak with sweet potato
6.30pm casien and whey combo shake
Postwork 2: 1 scoop on ON gold standard with an apple.
10.00pm Ground pork and spinach./ 2 scoops ON gold standard casien

I have my basic stack of Whey,casein,BCAA which i use all year around. The only other thing i will put in is a fat burner when i'm dieting.

My Motivation Program
After my last fight i've taken my three days off eaten endless amounts of shit but i write this i miss the dieting and training. Take a look at the last progress picture. I don't look so lean! i got real sick and couldn't train for 2 weeks, so i couldn't cut the weight. i had to cut on the day! my goal now is to cut to 72kg and stick 5kg of functional mass back on after. My training routine will follow over the next few days!
