Scottishfury Jumping back into it... 8# down is bad... I just did 30 reps back squat. The weight was 95# but that got heavy on rep 20... Holy crap

Scottishfury created a new BodyBlog entry "Day 67 and counting down".

So I weigh myself this morning after using the head, and Im down 3 pounds.  What the hell is going on,  well let me tell you.  Its cause my punk self isnt consuming nearly enough calories and that has always been my downfall.  Not for lack of trying, but I can only shovel down so much food a day.  I guess I am going to have to go back to the GOMAD diet except that it wrecks hell on my digestive system.  Im not completely lactose intolerant cause I can eat all kinds... BiggMan77 Along with you bulking diet make sure you are hitting you max's every workout. And 8 reps max! 4 sets... If you do 3 sets with 8 Reps bump the wight 10-20Lbs to get that lest set down to 5-6 reps Nov 19, 2011 2:23am
