Background
Well, My mom started going to the gym years ago. I use to alwaise never go and stayed home and played video games. Its all changed now ever since I got associated with Gymnastics for 3 months and lost all the "Bad" weight and started going with my Mom.
Keeps me strong and healthy, It has me feeling great about myself.

Bodybuilding Recipe's
Posted in Nutrition : May 07, 2011 11:45amHey I have made a couple of recipes I thought I would share to help boost what your eating. I was searching on Youtube one day and found an excellent protein bar.
Protein Bar Ingredients:
1 Cup of Oats
8 scoops of Protein Powder (chocolate recommended)
1/3 cups of Peanut butter or Soy butter
3TB of honey (I used 2)
1/2 Cups of Almond Milk or Skim Milk
Mix together Oats, Protein Powder, then Soy butter and honey then almond milk.
Refrigerate for 40 Mins. Enjoy!
