HOW I STARTED:

Well, My mom started going to the gym years ago. I use to alwaise never go and stayed home and played video games. Its all changed now ever since I got associated with Gymnastics for 3 months and lost all the "Bad" weight and started going with my Mom.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Keeps me strong and healthy, It has me feeling great about myself.

Bodybuilding Recipe's

Hey I have made a couple of recipes I thought I would share to help boost what your eating. I was searching on Youtube one day and found an excellent protein bar.


Protein Bar Ingredients: 


1 Cup of Oats


8 scoops of Protein Powder (chocolate recommended)


1/3 cups of Peanut butter or Soy butter


3TB of honey (I used 2)


1/2 Cups of Almond Milk or Skim Milk 


Mix together Oats, Protein Powder, then Soy butter and honey then almond milk.


Refrigerate for 40 Mins. Enjoy!

I am going to be starting P90X to bring out the muscle and staying good with the food and nutrition to strip away the fat. Looking to make this the best summer yet and rename it, the year of the ABS! dex26 P90x is great for people that are beginners in fitness. The people that need someone to tell them what to do. It's basically like having a personal trainer, it teaches them how to workout. Great for beginners and great for getting LEAN. Yes it definatly works if you follow the plan. But my routines have much more volume, it really taught me alot of things. Great program. BigOrin just started P90X today. It is pretty awesome. It works muscle pretty good. I could feel my back just poppin'. It's pretty exciting. Can't wait to see my results in 90 days! May 2, 2011 9:00pm
