i wud deffs recomend freeweight squats, does more for you, cuz ur not confined by machine, you have to have more control which means u work harder.

cant say i blame you, most people are in the gym for tht, atleast u train right, not on machines all the time, free weights the way to go. say u in today but not for long.

legs are a chore, got to love them to use them lol. but thats hard. not majorly bothered bwt sponsership part from free supps lol, but realy wud like to b in a mag, like mens health, muscle&fitness etc.
