I tend to use the smith machine. Is that bad? I think its more of a confidence thing and its a bitt more comfortable to use. U recon i should be doing free weights squats instead?
no, seriously? ahaha. i didnt know i was that bad :-| next time punch me in the face; im sure i will notice that. spotting wise, i need sm help with my chest workouts, so yep- im up for that.
ha, im doing my best (although its not working as fast as ive hoped, lol). I dont like machines to be honest, some of them are quite odd (and i dont have a clue how to use some of them). have you, now? i tend to switch off, so dont really notice people around me. anynhow- gym time; **** weather, im tempted to catcha buss...!
