Got to know a big guy called Neil quite well, listened to his words of wisdom and saw him lift... got me motivated to bodybuild!
Wanted to get in shape for rowing and now that i have left, bodybuilding has become part of my life.

Passed 160Lb mark, body weight.

Started my proper work out mid-week (15/04/09). Full week to begin 20/04/09 and will follow till the end of summer, August time, when i start to bulk for winter.
im at college monday, wensday and thursday but in town most days, i train at the warehouse. You should defo compete, you will learn so much about your body and nutrition etc even if you come dead last you will still of done more than what most so called 'bodybuilders' have done. Which is gettin on stage. Come in shredded though and you will do well. il PM you my number and just fire me a text and we can meet up some time.
Alright man, hows it going. Where about you trainin? we should get a session in together some time, seen as we will be competing against each other next year ;D You competing in the scotish teens? im competing in teens next year aswell, my last year as a teen so i wanna compete and try to dominate. This year was just to get a feel for competing so i know what im doin next year.
I'm not really shooting for a specific number.. I'm just going to continue to bulk until I need to cut for my show in May or next September. I still have a year of bulking :D I want to compete at 165 though.

Rehab just got over with last Saturday. I've been able to train pretty heavily this last week. My bulk is actually on track and I'm starting to gain weight again. Thanks for asking man, how're you doing?

I'm still on my bulk, diet hasn't changed much at all actually. Just doing some soft workouts and getting tonsssss of rest.
umm i probs wont compete till a little later on i think.. i dont know just depends how much i get to the gym and how fast i can get in really good shape.. so just see what happenes really
hey bro I do 10 ab exercises in a HIT style 2 sets each 30 reps (I can send it to you) and for chest I super set DB benches and Flyes , I hit pec deck too , looking to add more chest stuff thanks for the tips. BTW add me to your friends list . you fell off mine for some reason
