Yep, 100%. All of the supps I am taking are listed on my page. With a training routine that is effective, a diet that's in check, and drive and dedication, you can do anything!

I know U can't train as much as you'd like but that's still a solid tightly muscled and defined upper body. Very good work on traps, delts (striated), biceps/triceps and abs. Back is solid and very nice V taper on way. Best of luck with your goals and funding. André
