How I Stay Motivated:
BB Accomplishments:
1. Took my bodyweight from 162 pounds to 270 pounds (at one point in my life that is).
2. 505 pound squat x 2
3. 505 deadlift.
4. 19 3/4 inch arms
5. 29 inch thighs.
6. 21 inch calves.
7. Got bodyfat down to 5% (once!).
8. Have made a living off my hobby.
