When I started this contest I had just recently been released to return to the gym after 4 months recovering from surgery. I was in horrible shape and wanted to get back into the gym and not be ashamed of the way I looked. I figured that even if I don't win this competition, if I see a difference in my before and after photos, then I won. I did 4 weeks of bulking and 8 weeks of cutting and in hind sight I know I should have probably just done 12 weeks of cutting. But I'm finished with the... Go to BodyBlog
