How I Started:
My mom started a gym when I was like 11 years old and it has just kept going from there.
Why I Love It:
I just can't help but love it. Body Building is hard-wired into my existence, I just do it and love it. Even if I stop for a couple weeks or months I always come back and hit it with the same intensity that I left with.
How I Stay Motivated:
My training partners and girls that go "ooooh my God, he has 8 abs!!" lol On a more serious note the mirror is my biggest motivator. Whenever I look in it I always see myself 5 times smaller than what other people see, and that pushes me.
