How I Started:
After graduating university in 2004 I decided to make a major change in my life. I was going through the motions at the gym until I began training with kettlebells. The results have been dramatic and I never looked back after that.
Why I Love It:
Relieves stress, gives an endorphin rush, keeps me fit, strong, & healthy. Nothing beats that feeling of confidence and it just keeps getting better!
How I Stay Motivated:
Competing/keeping up with all my fit friends. I strive for perfection and like a good challenge.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 45lbs, 20" off my body, went down 7 dress sizes, went from 35% body fat to 10%, and am in the best shape of my life.
