Felt the need to build a healthier, stronger body, and haven't looked back.

I want a healthier, stronger body and I like feeling that way as opposed to not feeling healthy.

I like coming to this website and reading other people's posts, how they are coming along, and the pictures of what I wouldn't mind looking like.

My main goal after all is said and done, is to be a healthier, and more fortified individual. I'd love to be the huge guy that is the envy of other people, and no longer the skinny guy. There are so many reasons, but mainly to be a more healthy person overall.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I find that doing regular curls yields good results as far as strength goes.

Hey Scorp. How goes it? Isee from a couple of blogs you and the P90X seem to be kicking it. Still going strong on it? I've been in overdrive between life and gym. Gotta slow down today though, think I hurt myself lastnight. Very lower ab section and lower back are killing me. Hope it won't keep m edown long. Take care.

Thanks for the comments on my blog. I am going to continue regardless of opinion. But I do still put family first. Just wish they would understand.
