I have always wanted to have a healthy, strong body, but lately the feeling has grown stronger.
Why I Love It:
Working out helps relieve tension, stress, and other energies that you can't normally let out at work or in every day life. For example, you can't go up to that idiot at work and slap the SHIT out of them. So, you go to the gym, and lift weights. :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I read muscle and fitness magazines, pictures of other people with healthy ripped bodies makes me want one for myself. When I don't feel like working out, if I listen to hard rock, it gets me feeling more motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't have any, yet. But I have lost 10 pounds in the last two and a half weeks.

My main goal is to gain about 50 more pounds of muscle. I weigh 148 now, and three weeks ago I weighed about 155.
Goal (Long):
So I have definitely lost weight, or fat. I really need to intake more protein so I don't keep losing weight though. I'm trying to get my body back in to shape again after a few years of just being lazy. I love watching Worlds Strongest Man competitions and anything that has to do with muscular endurance. One day I would like to compete in a triathlon, so I guess I'm going for a hard body. This site has good info so I'm here to learn and grow. :)
Hey... it goes :) I will always work towards that goal!! I need to update this pic, my bod is a bit different from that now... And how about you?? How ya doing?
