I've always been athletic therefor working out was a means for me to get bigger, faster, and stronger. Only now that I'm older I don't have as much free time to do the things I did when I was 20. My job comes with a lot of stresses so as with all of us working is usually the on of the first things to go.
Why I Love It:
I think its amazing how someone can NATURALLY transform their body to look like it was sculpted out of marble.
How I Stay Motivated:
January 2008 I was the biggest I've ever been in my life, 305lbs. I was so disappointed in myself I made the New Years Resolution to get back down to 240. My job requires me to stay in shape and look professional in uniform. Well at 305 my uniforms were a little tight considering they were tailored fit me when I was 250. So instead of paying 1600 dollars for a complete new set of uniforms. I started to lose weight. I'm now 265 but my biggest problem is snacking. I could be much better off if I didn't have 10 chocolate chip cookies right out of the oven while I'm out to sea.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 40lbs this year. Maybe another 10 will get me to where I want to be.
Well it happened. As much as i didn't want it to. I let the temptation. The stress of work and my struggle marriage get to me. 2 Months of drinking hard and eating Wendy's triple stacks and McDonnell's double quarter pounders.
Well 2 months have past since I have done anything remotely physical. I should be happy about the holidays but all the food just makes me misrable cause I give into all the temptations. Tonight will mark the end of the dreaded holiday food season for me and if it is not all gone I'll...
