Always enjoy working out and continually making progress.
Goal (Long):
I watched my grandparents get weaker as they aged. My grandfather had diabetes. When he was forced to walk, he got stronger. Once his circulation got weak in his legs, he couldn't get around well. My grandmother had liver disease and she was frail. I just want to live a long strong life so I can keep up with kids/grandkids as I age.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 30 lb

I basically follow Eric Brosser's P/RR/S (Power/Rep Range/Shock) protocol. However, due to my shoulder surgery, any pressing movements on Power week I have to do higher reps.
Hey, I got an email from you about the Gold's in WC. I worked at the one in Mason from 05-06 and I have also worked at the one in Erlanger and Eastgate. I did most of my workouts at Eastgate though.
I tried that this year durring rec baseball but I don't think it worked very well. Our team won about 50% of the games. Oh well. Now I get to try again for football. I also have a picture taken at the southernmost point.
