Well i had worked out for a long time, but never ever say any results. After awhile i just stopped working out and, after realizing that some of my jeans are starting to fit a little tight, i figured it was time to get my butt back in gear.
Why I Love It:
Well, i actually hate working out because i never see the results. BUT if i get on a plan that i start to see decent results im gonna love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and see myself, and being unhappy with the way i look keeps me motivated.

My goal is to get into really good shape basically. I want to be toned and cut.
Goal (Long):
What i want to do is see my whole body transform into a toned and cut phisyque(sp?). I was really heavy when i was younger, and lost about 20LBS, and have managed to keep it off, but now im just stuck. My chest isnt definded, i have a spare tire around my waist, my buns need to be toned and lifted, and my legs and thighs need alot of defining. My arms really dont have any kind of size, shape or definition to them. I want all of that to change. I basically want to look like Sean William Scott.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Sean William-Scott, or Ryan Phillipe or Jake Gylenhall. These 3 guys have some of the best bodies in hollywood, they arent to big but they are muscular and cut and lean. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not lifting in the proper position or lifting to much weight.

yeah i'm way fat about 190lbs right now but i know i can get back in a couple months. I live in Westminster/Thornton area and go to 24 hour fitness... well i need to go i just never do
Yeah that was me one year ago when I was still working out. I moved back to Colorado last Feb. and havn't worked out since and have gotten fat... so now its about time to get back into the gym and regain my physique
