Awesome, diet is cake... I end up having to eat more to meet my requirements and keep macros in line... And working out is rocking... Been doing two-a-days on cardio!... How about you?... How are things coming along?

Wow, still have that headache... As much as I hate to say it, maybe you need to get it checked out... I'd just hate to get the recommendation to cutout the workouts for a bit...
Not like you can get anything done at the gym w/ this freaking resolution rush... It was crazy last night...

Dude it's awesome!... I was afraid w/ the keto, and being in a carb deficit that workouts would suffer, but nope!...
Actually my workouts have been pretty impressive, as I am trying to stay heavy w/ those!...
I am amped for the 1st, I'll be doing that Muscletech contest too... Not doing much on the supplement end right now, but will be throwing those in this upcoming week, and will also go to 2 cardio sessions come the first...
How about you, how are things coming along?

Well it wasnt 100% bulking... lol... Was upwards of 20% bf... Cutting now to get down to 12-15%...

Yea right now I am just doing 1 cardio session post-workout... Once the 1st hits though, I'll be doing a morning cardio prior to my first meal, as well as a post workout cardio...

Keto so far is cool... I've been up since 4, and just finished my 3rd mini-meal... WTF!...
Not really feeling any carb withdrawl yet, but Im expecting it!...
Figure tonight when I get off of work and usually get my preworkout feed on, I'll be hurting...
