Got fat after birth of my first son, so I have been working out for a bit... My genetics seem to rock, so I have put on some decent size naturally... Now Im hooked...
Why I Love It:
The comraderie, the gym for the most part is a great stress reliever and the crowd is great for the most part...
How I Stay Motivated:
I've always been extremely goal orientated... So if there is something I want, I work my *ss off to get it...
BB Accomplishments:
No major ones to date, but getting there... Depending how this new years cut goes, I may shoot for something in the spring/summer...

Eh, the Team #2 thread isn't doing too bad. I wished it were a little more active, but everyone is staying involved and checking in. I'm doing pretty good. I didn't honestly start the comp. until the 3rd, but I haven't cheated yet. I'm putting it in a new gear and trying to hit my 100 lbs. lost mark (30 more to go) by the end of March. So far, so good:-) Good luck to you bro!!!
not good. i've had a headache for 9 days & every time i try to work out it gets worse, but besides that the diet is already taking effect. I expect to see good results from this.
Ya man good luck the comp starts tomorrow. I had some pizza last night and will have a drink or two tonight for the last time and hope to hit it hard starting tomorrow. Our group had a good turnout until the past week I assume poeple are out and will come back tomorrow.
Hey man good luck with the muscletech comp too. Let me know how it all goes. My workouts have been impeaded by a pretty bad cold this past week. It just doesn't seem to want to go away. I am starting to feel alittle better today so I might hit up the gym later on after work...
I'm finally back down to 20% BF, LOL! For the first time ever, I'm trying to get down to 15%. Not going to be easy! But this new diet (eating right) and supplements are really helping to push me pass my "stuck" point!
Ya man Im ready for this competition to start. I am not completely cutting the carbs but trying to cut as many carbs as I can and just eat clean. Tonight I am really going to hit the gym hard. Lift start off the week with legs, then cardio. I will probably do some HIIT cardio 2x a week and just regular cardio the other 3 days.
