What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
I look for a good DEEP pool since I don't have one at my house. Swimming is my favourite exercise, by far.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I do half between the home (elliptical, bike, treadmill, weights, boxing bag, yoga) and then the gym. I like variety.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
1. They don't understand that by not resting properly the overactivation of the lactic acid response actually erodes the muscle that was supposedly created.
2. They don't do proper research into realizing that the overactivation of enzymes via exercise or supplements often causes cancer.
3. They don't do research into their supplements (don't know Bill Clinton signed a bill in 1994 deregulating the industry) so supplements can contain anything (they can completely lie devoid of legal consequence thanks to their little statements) and can actually harm their body. 1.
