I remember sprinting outside in the cold barefoot to lose .4 lbs so I could be exactly 125 and thus a lightweight.
Talked to the judges after the show and they told me I had first place physique-wise but my posing ruined it }: /
I guess that's the downside of not having a coach/trainer. I need to read up on that more. |

I was really nervous and I think it showed. But ah well. It was my first show and I was happy that I had the courage to get up on stage. I wasn\\\'t nearly as ready as I wanted to be...two weeks out I remember considering not going at all. |
