Day 1 of Power Bodybuilding felt awesome! Chest workout done, now I just need to do cardio and a little ab-work tonight.

Background
I was nearly 400 pounds, and I had been losing weight through diet alone (via Weight Watchers). I began to walk and build up distance. Last year I started running, and have done a few 5Ks as well as a 15K. Recently I've started to focus on my weight lifting. I'm realizing I'm stronger than I once thought I could ever be.
Because it proves I'm better than I tell myself I am.
