lurchgriffith I am only on day 4 of week 1 so i just started the program. Y3T seems like a good program so far and from what it looks like it should stay tht way. The only thing i don't like about it is there are no ab sets, so I've been throwing some in on my own. Also I'm doing cardio on the off days. I just finished training for a warrior dash we ran in so I was going to start a 5X5 program I have set up but then I came across this Y3T and it looked like a good program to add. Jul 12, 2012 5:29am
