Fit Status:
SNAC Stack starts Monday, November 9th. Goodbye plateaus, Hello Results.
Decided to quit playing video games and eating bad food, so got a membership to a gym and started lifting, It's been my obession ever since.
Why I Love It:
Lets me escape my everyday life, No traffic, No Bills, No work, Just weight. Once i turn the music on its just me against myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Set long and short term goals, and going for personal records. Also bringing my friends into the sport has helped me stay dedicated. Seeing results around very corner doesnt hurt either. Also all the support and knowledge on this site has kept me going strong.
Owning one of the biggest fitness companies in the Bay Area also keeps me training hard, alot of competition out here, got to look the part.
BB Accomplishments:
Accomplished my long term goal of going from 150lbs to 200lbs in 1 years time.
Accomplished my goal of staying over 205 but under 7% BF in Summer of 09, by weighing in at 206 @ 6.7%.

Goal (Long):
I want to continue my Fitness and Modeling career and slowly grow to 220lb, but staying at my average 5-6% bodyfat.
My Brother. Takes Every day, every set, every last rep for what its worth..... everything. When we first started, I told him on our first leg day, that we would most likely throw up. His response "If thats all it takes for results.... Lets do this." He is gunna do amazing things soon.
After yesterday's eating and sleeping all day i feel amazing today. I slept in and have alot of stored up calories for today lol and its leg day. Slept for a good 9-10 hours, plus turkey and SNAC ZMA before bed is the best sleep ive ever had.
I've been on that path for a while, thanks a lot man!
I've been working hard to gain and I'm going to work even harder to cut up.. Do it as fast as possible while all the mass I've gained during my bulk....
Thanks a lot for the replies and motivational comments!
Alright no problem... Thanks a lot!!
I just wanted another opinion. I've had my training and diet down for a while (Hence why I've achieved a successful bulk), so now I know its just diet...
Thanks a lot man!
Thanks...
Actually, seeing as you lost fat, I wanted to ask you a question..
I'm gonna cut up soon, after new years I'm done bulking and its time to cut up....
I've got the diet for fat loss down (keto), but when it comes to training, What rep range works best to sustain mass? The typical 8-10? Or 12-15?
In other words, should I change up my training a lot, or keep it the same and let the diet do the work?
