How I Started:
Used to be fat at age 17 and transformed my body by the age of 19. Injury and junk food along with all the slacking made me lose my body so I registered here and started another transformation.
After a year and a half of not working out, I look like this. Let the transformation begin!

Gaspari were kind enough to select me to give their products a try. I will be keeping a log for the next 30 days.

Get to 5% body fat, and be much stronger than I am now. The idea of looking somewhat muscular but being able to lift more than the 200lbs muscular people appeals me.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Two minutes. I read that the body recovers 60% in one minute of resting. I just wait for my partner to finish so I jump in. Keeping heart pumping (blood gets to the muscle) is ideal.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I dont spend time looking at male bodies. Anything more than the muscles people in the covers of Health Magazine is too much in my opinion.
Just wanted to say, I agree with you 100% on the stupid pics being quoted, and I'm sick of the repeats. Do people even read the thread before they post?! Also, AWESOME body. I'm where you were when you started, I hope I can look like that!
whats going on man, I read your post about obliques, I was going to ask what exercises your doing for yours.. I've been just doing the typical side crunches and side bends. and still my side is lean, but defined with the V line. I just want to add a little bulk to them.
