musclemum1965 well, did you hear? 50's the new 20! lol I am still amazed myself how our bodies respond to proper hard training and nutrition. age is actually an anvantage I think. we are far more disciplined and "balanced" in our 40's. csmith81 no joke. i had a leg injury & could not work legs a few weeks so bodyfat is a little higher than i want since im competing in 6 weeks.only been getting carbs from veggies. she did tell me this am i can have my morning oatmeal again which i love and i miss my sweet potatoes im almost there. tried a new prework out today it was ok. ADZG Hey mate you currently doing Kris Gethin's Program?. Rate it so much! Got great results back in the day (can see results last year in my progress pics). Hitting the program again bigger and stronger this time round (recommend bulking before starting if possible) and should get some solid results. Remember diet is everything could have been even better shape last time if I was a little more strict. Good Luck and keep me posted. DTP is the fun part on legs inparticular. :-) Aug 28, 2012 6:58am

MalibuDeanna I know I have heard nothing but great stuff about it and mainly for you. When my friend sext the file again it it was the disc#1 Plyomertics. When I went to upload it siad I did not have permission so turns out to be a hassle. I just trew a rod in my car Sunday so a $1500 or more bill it will have to wait until next month.
