Something to do when I was in Iraq but had to stop when I got medivac. out of country in June 2005. Now on my 2nd deployment and back into working out.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling the soreness and the burn, AND most of all seeing my body change for the better.
How I Stay Motivated:
What motivates me is to get to the next weight, doing the lift with correct form, and quotes and videos from the Oak. Big fan of Arnold. Hard to get to the gym when I'm out of town for weeks at a time when I do go I do all I can. I go every day I'm home. Hard to workout when I live in hotel rooms for weeks at a time.
Well the other day I decide to get my back waxed for the first time ever. Here on camp they have a place that will do it. They have Philippines ladiesĀ that work there (a little back ground there). They talked me in to it. So I go in the little room than this nice lady came in with the pain...

Hey Just droppin a quick note to let ya know that I'm finally home from Iraq!!!! Got in real early this morning!!! Looks like it's time for some new stats for the new year and a pics too!!!
