How I Started:
It is when I crossed path with friends and they first noticed my size. So, i realized its time to lose some weight. I was once a skinny girl during my school days after I graduated I became fat at 160 lbs. which sucks in almost everything esp. in choosing the dress to wear, it is so limited. I enrolled in a fitness gym to start the journey in reaching the goal of being slim.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I wanna achive my worthwhile goal I set for myself. Lets see progress soon..
How I Stay Motivated:
"stay motivated" is easier said than done but I manage to see my forthcoming to have the body I wanted and I am willing to do it. Another motivation I consider are the people who doesnt believe I can do it.

I am fat. I dont wish to join in any competitions. I just wanna get fit and hit the target of losing 45 lbs. with perseverance and determination, I can do this in just 5 months. I know in time I will see the difference in my body from being a fatty to being sexy. just kidding.. =) Wish me luck everyone.
