Just came back from 4 months of holidays overseas, never lifted a weight for those 4 months off, was to busy parting and was not concerned about my diet either. But thank God for muscle memory and being natural, took me 1 month to get back into it again.

On holidays in europe.I focused a lot of my time on the biceps at the gym. I made them have an unbelievable peak. Used to always do my side flex and hold it.

Did boring weight lifter work outs. One body part a day, got some ok results, but got bored of it very quickly.

Did a lot of running for conditioning, for sprinting used to do 4km in under 12 minutes, that pretty good considering I weight 200lbs.

Test shoot for modeling, what a hard job it was. I had to stand around for 4 hours and get paid. Gave that easy money to my mother. Took a month off from the gym before the shoot as well.

Just been working and have not found any time to get any workouts in. Did 10 minute circuits 4 times a week only in the past 4+ weeks...Its great to be natural....
