Fit Status:
row 2000 meters, 150 pushups, 80 chinups, 200 burpees, under 15 mintues and tell me how you feel.
And then there are also those meathead guys who only work their mirror muscles (abs, chest, biceps) while taking extraordinary long rest periods between sets of upper body isolation exercises. These oversized morons often bench in excess of 300 lbs but probably couldn’t perform 10 perfect, full range of motion push-ups with their body weight if their life depended on it.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me fit and feeling good, modivates me to accomplish more in sport and in life. Love to get the friends modivated and helping them out. Meeting the right people also, I would rather see a girl holding a barbell then holding a drink.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing I have achieved everything with hard work and staying natural all my life, and motivating others motivates me.
Keeping my mind clear and staying focused. Making sure I'm always the one who is working out the hardest in the gym, the more the roid monkeys look the harder I go.Getting rid of anything or anyone who puts my energy levels down in my life. Also making a negative situation into a positive one.Having a supportive family is also a major boost in my life.
Seeing my clients changing there life around. I get them realistic results

Dips Body weight 66 reps
63 squats reps at 135 lbs (bum to heel)
140 push ups in 2 minutes
38 wide grip chin ups (No swinging)
60 reps 140lbs on seated row machine

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Be realistic with what you want, and keep being consistent with your workouts. The first 6 months and year, you will achieve amazing results I promise you that.
Hey I used to do the morning cardio and afternoon weight thing....I loved it, but now, don't have the time. Really miss that schedule. Training partner...tried it in the past, did not work out. And with my wife, bless her heart because she tries, she slow me down, we don't work out at the same intensity. Consistency...that is what I am trying to achieve! Let me know how the double up work for you!
