When I Started:
Feb, 1995
How I Started:
Childhood friend, he got me hooked. And then there are also those meat head guys who only work their mirror muscles (abs, chest, biceps) while taking extraordinary long rest periods between sets of upper body isolation exercises. These over sized morons often bench in excess of 300 lbs but probably couldn’t perform 10 perfect, full range of motion push-ups with their body weight if their life depended on it.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me fit and feeling good, motivates me to accomplish more in sport and in life. Love to get the friends motivated and helping them out. Meeting the right people also, I would rather see a girl holding a barbell then holding a drink.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing I have achieved everything with hard work and staying natural all my life, and motivating others motivates me. Keeping my mind clear and staying focused. Making sure I'm always the one who is working out the hardest in the gym, the more the roid monkeys look the harder I go.Getting rid of anything or anyone who puts my energy levels down in my life. Also making a negative situation into a positive one.Having a supportive family is also a major boost in my life. Seeing my clients changing there life around. I get them realistic results no Gimmicks, no Diets, and they maintain there results for many years to come. I HAVE TRAINED AND HAVE FRIENDS COMPETING AND TRAINING AT OLYMPIC-PROFESSIONAL LEVELS. WHY SETTLE FOR A SECOND RATE TRAINER? FUNCTIONAL-PRODUCTIVE MUSCLE IS THE WAY TO GO. HOW CAN YOU TAKE GUIDANCE OR PAY SOMEONE WHO HAS NOT COMPETED AT OR IS EVEN TRAINING AT THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE LEVEL. WHY PAY AND SETTLE FOR A SECOND RATE TRAINER. Also to all the people on this website, your support is always greatly appreciated.

Trained with this guy back in the day, he has out of this world muscular endurance. The guy was a cage fighter-model.......hahaha Can't wait to get a BJJ session in with this guy. I hear once he gets you in any hold, its like having a anaconda wrapped around you. Every time you breath in he gets his holds in tighter........

This guy is an absolute FREAK....his pictures speak for themselves... Rabided wolverine this guy is, he definitively should have ended up as a professional athlete...only if he had the right push in the correct direction...

Hi Bruno, training is going well. I've mixed up my lifting this week increasing reps and adding sets & upping weights to try and get things moving. I've rowed a couple of days, (along with my other cardio) I did have the drag a little too high, but it didn't change my speed much (few seconds lol). Hope you have a great weekend, stay out of the water!

I do rest, every 3 days! I am currently on a 8 days schedule instead of 7. So work out 3 days and take 1 day off and start over. How many rest days would I need?

i hear Canada is gett cold now. do not like, but for strange reason, Canada is calling me. Montreal or Quebec, but Montreal... What means this? still wait for contract. get email today about being completed, and GM busy and waiting him to sign off on it. Still worried about that "exclusive" part. Once I sign, i cannot wear any other gear from other supps company... and remove from my page.

a bit boney? seriously, I like backhanded compliments....if you want to leave a comment or criticism, pick one....don't say I look boney in my pics but otherwise it's ok. BTW my left ribcage protrudes out the way it does because I was born like that....not because I'm too boney. Someone of your professionalism should be more careful how you choose your words.

Yeah, I agree. For a guy his age, Old Superman is amazing. It's got to be rough to keep that kind of density with low fat. Wait, what am I talking about? That's amazing for my age, or yours ;-] Cheer! ViCh

Wow, that must have been freezing. I kayak in MN in the summer and love it, I try to mimick the movement on the rower. Can't imagine falling into that cold water! Have a great weekend too!
