ADVISE, OR BE INSPIRED BY SOMEONE WHO IS USING STEROIDS?

Childhood friend, he got me hooked.
And then there are also those meat head guys who only work their mirror muscles (abs, chest, biceps) while taking extraordinary long rest periods between sets of upper body isolation exercises. These over sized morons often bench in excess of 300 lbs but probably couldn’t perform 10 perfect, full range of motion push-ups with their body weight if their life depended on it.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me fit and feeling good, motivates me to accomplish more in sport and in life. Love to get the friends motivated and helping them out. Meeting the right people also, I would rather see a girl holding a barbell then holding a drink.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing I have achieved everything with hard work and staying natural all my life, and motivating others motivates me.
Keeping my mind clear and staying focused. Making sure I'm always the one who is working out the hardest in the gym, the more the roid monkeys look the harder I go.Getting rid of anything or anyone who puts my energy levels down in my life. Also making a negative situation into a positive one.Having a supportive family is also a major boost in my life.
Seeing my clients changing there life around. I get them realistic results
no Gimmicks, no Diets, and they maintain there results for many years to come. I HAVE TRAINED AND HAVE FRIENDS COMPETING AND TRAINING AT OLYMPIC-PROFESSIONAL LEVELS. WHY SETTLE FOR A SECOND RATE TRAINER? FUNCTIONAL-PRODUCTIVE MUSCLE IS THE WAY TO GO. HOW CAN YOU TAKE GUIDANCE OR PAY SOMEONE WHO HAS NOT COMPETED AT OR IS EVEN TRAINING AT THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE LEVEL.
WHY PAY AND SETTLE FOR A SECOND RATE TRAINER.
Also to all the people on this website, your support is always greatly appreciated.

Goal (Long):
To get as much out of life as possible, and to help people achieve more in there lives as well.
Trained with this guy back in the day, he has out of this world muscular endurance. The guy was a cage fighter-model.......hahaha
Can't wait to get a BJJ session in with this guy. I hear once he gets you in any hold, its like having a anaconda wrapped around you. Every time you breath in he gets his holds in tighter........
He is my inspiration to take my leg workouts to the next level. He is also the most humble and easy going guy on this website. He is the guy you see at the gym, who keeps to himself and gets his workouts done. That reminds me of myself, so I can really relate to this guy.....
I am also proud to have this guy as my first inspirational member on here. That alone says it all.....
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Thought I could look like the boys in Flex magazine if I train everyday.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Be realistic with what you want, and keep being consistent with your workouts. The first 6 months and year, you will achieve amazing results I promise you that.
hey bro, I am so excited about my trip to Israel. Congrats on the updated photo. I am going to have the best Hanukkah ever. I can't wait to spin the dreidel.
Hey Bruno, things are good; lost another 2 lbs for a total of 15lbs since end of summer. Slowly but surely going down so I'll be able to see my abs eventually. You are looking your awesome self; hope all is going well with you.
I agree, but I have been at this for more than 6 years.... I lose some and I gain it back again plus more. I want to lose it once and for all. Also have a family reunion next summer, want to look good for it lol!
Thanks bro! I agree with the 2 lbs a week, I do! But being at about 260, I was expecting it to move faster now and as I get closer, I will be more than happy with 1-2 lbs a week. I was thinking that if I could be under 230 by the end of the year, that would be a great start for the new year! Or is that over reaching? 240?
Hey bro, will you train me? LOL! LOL! Seriously, you are giving me some great motivation so far and I appreciate. I am not sure how to set my goals because I tend to not meet them when I set them. So that is why I am asking... 3 weeks till the month is over, what do you think I should aim for?
Bro, feel free to full up the wall! LOL! I have your picture next to mine on my wall with others as motivation. Post the comments up are you can pm me. What do you think about the goals again for the remaining of the month?
Thanks bro, but don't have a buzzer... How much they costs? About to leave for the gym, mostly jump rope. Any advice for now? Damn, you look great bro, what is your diet like? what should be my goal in lbs for the end of the month?
Just jumping rope today with a few other exercises. Starting really hard tomorrow... trying to find a good workout that will be effective yet can be accomplished under an hour.
