Plan_Man Your "Cardio Is For Suckers" website is funny and helpful. My current eating plan is almost identical to yours, except I grind the oatmeal into flour and add to my shakes. damiannwatarali I cut out cardio from my workout routine for 3 weeks and DAMN!! I got amazing results. I combined it heavy lifting and i gained significant muscle over such a short period of time. Im still gettin into proper nutririon though, any tips?? Mar 28, 2010 9:34pm
