The self-esteem boost, the teamwork, and that lingering feeling that lets you know you accomplished something.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a constant self-improver, so motivation is no problem! Caffeine helps me for those early-morning workouts though.
BB Accomplishments:
After being the same weight since 6th grade, I've finally escaped the category of underweight. And I'm lifting more than my big roommate!
