The only thing I want to jiggle is my Jello.
Goal (Long):
I have never been a skinny girl, nor am I looking for that... but I would like to be fit. I've always had a spare tire, but now it's starting to look like a tractor tire. I'm tired of it. I see fit women at the beach all the time and I am tired of envying them, its time to make myself one of them...no time better than the present. Oh and the fact that I'm attending a wedding on a cruise in November helps. I REFUSE to be the chunky girl in her wedding photos. Those last forever and I do not want to be the seal (not a whale yet) that beached on the boat. So today begins the rest of forever. I need to lose 23 pounds, understandable not necessarily by Nov, but def. by Christmas. I would like my BMI down from 24 to 10 at some point. I'm currently a snug size 10 and a 6 sounds much more appealing. I don't even expect to be a twig, I'm to wide for that. But no more tires, handles, jiggling or wiggling. Not to mention I would like to have sex and nothing move but my boobs (which will hopefully deflate from their current DD status to a full C) not my tummy!
